1. Items will be sent within 2 business days after payment is received.
2. If you are not satisfied with the item, please return it within 7 days after receiving the item. The purchase price of the item will be refunded, however, cost of shipping is not refundable.
3. We normally ship as registered small packet or printed papers by Thailandpost, flat rate shipping cost.
Shipping takes 15 - 30 days to the US. Express shipping service is also available, please contact us for details.
4. Shipping is free to all destinations in Thailand.
5. At the moment, we accept only Paypal because Google Checkout is not available for merchants in Thailand, however, when it is available, we will add Google Checkout as another means of payment. Sorry for inconveniences.
